What payment methods are accepted?
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within seven working days of an item's return. However, please note that your bank may take several days to process the return payment into your account. That being said, please allow up to ten business days after the item's return before contacting us about your refund. We will inform you via email once your refund has been processed.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest without the obligation to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you want to view your order history and save your cart items and payment details for next time. Creating an account is quick and easy.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders can be shipped from France when French stock is available. If certain products are not available locally, the shipment may be made from abroad, especially from Italy, the country of our main supplier.
Can I choose delivery to a pickup point?
Yes, a Pickup relay point service with Chronopost can be offered for certain orders.
Is home delivery available?
Yes, home delivery is one of the delivery solutions offered.
What are the delivery times in France?
In France, it usually takes an average of 3 working days from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is intact, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. For more information, check out our return policy: Refund Policy
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or the shipping method you choose to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. Refund within seven business days of receiving the item in our warehouse, but it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account or card.
