General Terms and Conditions of Sale – JintaShop

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products offered on the websites www.jintashop.fr and www.jintashop.com. Any order placed implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.


3. Products 

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, ingredients where applicable). Photographs are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Depending on the country, the currency is adjusted and converted according to the exchange rate in effect at the time of order placement. JintaShop reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order. Shipping costs are specified before payment confirmation.

5. Ordering

The customer places an order via the website. The order is validated after payment confirmation. JintaShop reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made via: - Credit card - PayPal - Any other method offered on the website The order will only be shipped after payment has been validated.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. 

Estimated delivery times: 4 to 6 business days in France and 8 to 15 business days internationally. JintaShop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or its subcontractors.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method after receipt of the returned products and proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, some opened beauty products cannot be returned.

9. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a defective product or order error, the customer must contact customer service at: contact@jintashop.com After validation, a refund or exchange will be offered.

10. Liability

JintaShop cannot be held liable for the improper use of the products sold.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the products with their needs (particularly for cosmetic products).

11. Personal Data 

The information collected is necessary for order processing.
It is neither resold nor shared with third parties.

12. Intellectual Property 

All elements of the JintaShop website (logo, images, texts) are protected and may not be used without authorization.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
