SPEEDSLEEP is a ready-to-use, fig-flavored food supplement in gel form, which, thanks to the patented SOMNIWELL™ blend based on Melatonin, Red Poppy, and California Poppy, can act on the three phases of sleep and is useful for restoring the natural sleep cycle.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; California poppy (Eschscholzia) and Red Poppy extracts help reduce nighttime awakenings; Passionflower, Linden, and Griffonia extracts promote sleep quality. Griffonia is also particularly effective in combining sleep and stress management, thus helping to regulate the circadian rhythm that controls our biological clock. Thanks to its innovative gel formula, melatonin is absorbed quickly (within approximately 15 minutes of intake).

It is recommended to take one stick-pack per day, as needed, just before falling asleep. The beneficial effect of Melatonin in reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved with 1 mg taken just before bedtime.
