INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

As a meal replacement, mix 31 g of Meal Shake (corresponding to 2 full SuppleFit measuring scoops) with 250 ml of cold, sugar-free, 1.5% fat semi-skimmed milk. For better homogenization, we recommend using the SuppleFit Shaker.

Sediments may occur. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiration date refers to the product in unopened packaging and stored correctly.

FOR WEIGHT CONTROL: Drink two MEAL SHAKES per day as a substitute for two of the three meals. For best results, prepare the Shake as directed with 250 ml of 1.5% fat milk (semi-skimmed milk). In the case of a hypocaloric diet, replacing two meals a day with two meal replacements contributes to weight loss.

FOR WEIGHT MAINTENANCE: Drink one MEAL SHAKE per day as a substitute.

When on a hypocaloric diet, it is important to maintain sufficient fluid intake; therefore, it is advisable to drink at least 2 liters of water per day. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Medical advice is recommended if following a hypocaloric diet for more than three weeks.
