INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

As a meal replacement, mix 31 g of Meal Shake (corresponding to 2 full SuppleFit measuring spoons) with 250 ml of cold, unsweetened semi-skimmed milk with 1.5% fat. For better homogenization, we recommend using the SuppleFit Shaker.

FOR WEIGHT CONTROL: Drink two MEAL SHAKES a day as a substitute for two of the three meals. For best results, prepare the Shake as directed with 250 ml of 1.5% fat milk (semi-skimmed milk). In the case of a low-calorie diet, replacing two meals a day with two meal replacements contributes to weight loss.

FOR WEIGHT MAINTENANCE: drink one MEAL SHAKE a day as a substitute.
