A meal replacement for functional weight control as part of a healthy diet and combined with appropriate physical activity. Soluble powder with a mild cream flavour, to be diluted in 250 ml of 1.5% fat milk. Contains sweetener.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

As a meal replacement, mix 31g of Meal Shake (corresponding to 2 full SuppleFit measuring spoons) with 250 ml of cold, unsweetened, 1.5% fat semi-skimmed milk. For better mixing, we recommend using the SuppleFit Shaker.

Sedimentation may occur. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product in unopened packaging and stored correctly.

FOR WEIGHT CONTROL: Drink two MEAL SHAKES per day as a substitute for two of the three meals. For best results, prepare the Shake as directed with 250 ml of 1.5% fat milk (semi-skimmed milk). In the case of a low-calorie diet, replacing two meals a day with two meal substitutes contributes to weight loss.

FOR WEIGHT MAINTENANCE: drink one MEAL SHAKE per day as a substitute.

WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age; if used by children over 3 years of age, consult a pediatrician before consumption. The product is intended for use as part of a healthy diet and in conjunction with adequate physical activity. During a low-calorie diet, it is important to maintain sufficient fluid intake; therefore, it is advisable to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Medical advice is recommended if following a low-calorie diet for more than three weeks.
